Avocado Chocolate Pudding


This gluten-free pudding requires little prep time and absolutely no baking. It’s the perfect make-ahead dessert, as it just gets better the longer it sets. A great use for avocados that are nearly overripe. Pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
