Turkey en Papitolle with Wild Rice and Herb Mustard Sauce


The French cooking technique of preparing food in parchment paper packets (en papillote) keeps food like turkey breast juicy and aromatic. En papillote is perfect for a dinner party or a harried weeknight meal because the packets can be assembled ahead and refrigerated.
