These gluten-free meatballs are easy to put together, full of nutritious Asian-inspired flavor and Instagram worthy. Sunflower butter is an ideal stand-in for more traditional peanut butter. Both the meatballs and sauce can be made a day or 2 in advance. The meatballs can be reheated in the oven or microwave, while the sauce may need to be thinned again with additional warm water.
