Makes 4 to 6 servings of thick-cut potato fries.

This gluten-free recipe uses a non-traditional spice blend to give potato fries a delicious low-salt twist. For tasty variation, try a combo of cumin and smoked paprika or a mixture of curry and lemon zest. Or season these fries with Szechuan peppercorn for a zesty punch.
