Toast Ingredients & Directions:

– 6 slices Schar Artisan Baker 10 Grains & Seeds Bread, toasted

Hummus and Tomato Toast:

2 tbsp Hummus
3 slices (thin) Tomato
A pinch of radish sprouts
A pinch of red chili flakes, crushed

Preparation: Spread the hummus on 1 slice of toast. Layer the slices of tomato followed by the pinch of sprouts. Sprinkle the pinch of chili flakes all over top.

Avocado and Radish Toast:

1 small ripe (smashed) Ripe avocado
2 small (sliced) Radishes
A pinch of salt
A pinch red chili flakes, crushed
A little bit of olive oil

Preparation: Next slice of toast  top with the smashed avocado followed by layering the radish slices. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and red chili flakes over top. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
