Gluten-Free Guacamole

Guacamole adds extra flavor and creamy moisture to burgers and gluten-free buns.

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 garlic clove, minced
-Juice of  ½ lime
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
-Cayenne pepper, to taste
-alt, to taste
1 plum (Roma) tomato, seeded and chopped

Directions:

1. Mash together avocado, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in chopped tomato. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
