St. Germain is an elderflower liqueur that adds elegance and warm floral notes to this Prosecco cocktail. Finish it off with splash of fresh lemon juice and garnish with a lemon twist.

  • 3 ounces Prosecco sparkling wine
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain liqueur
  • 3 ounces sparkling water
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish


1Place Prosecco, St. Germain and sparkling water in a champagne flute or wine glass.

2Top with a squeeze of lemon.

3Garnish with a lemon twist.
