Living Without's Favorites: Crispy Pizzas

We love Better 4U’s Gluten-Free Pizzas, a line of frozen pizzas that comes with plentiful toppings and ultra-crispy crusts. These pizzas are notable for their delicious texture and flavor. But here’s more: buckwheat, flax and brown rice flour boost the nutritional value of the crust. Varieties include pepperoni and mozzarella (with uncured pepperoni); four cheese (mozzarella, provolone, asiago and Parmesan blend); roasted vegetable with mozzarella; and Mediterranean (roasted red peppers, artichokes, roasted red onions, Kalamata olives, spinach, oregano and feta). There’s also a vegan pie with roasted vegetables (red and yellow peppers, eggplant, red onion, spinach, artichokes) that contains dried tomatoes and dairy-free cheese.
