Stock Your Pantry: Gluten-Free Snacks to Go

A walk down the snack aisle yields all kinds of gluten-free goodies.

Summer and crispy, crunchy snacks go together. So we headed to the local grocery store and grabbed four bags of munchies off the shelf. The products we selected were clearly labeled “gluten-free” and they offered some sort of nutritional benefit. These items aren’t your usual junk food. They contain surprise ingredients, like veggies, beans, sweet potatoes and plantains, which you won’t find in any ordinary bag of chips.

All Natural Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips from Food Should Taste Good

These thin, oval chips are crispy with a substantial sweet potato flavor. The salt is barely there.
