Always read labels carefully. Manufacturers can change ingredients without warning. Not every product sold by every company listed is gluten-free or allergy-friendly. When in doubt, confirm ingredients directly with the manufacturer.

It would be really helpful if Gluten Free & More would adopt a magazine wide policy of specifically identifying if a product is certified gluten free (like where you put the prices and sizes). For those of us that eat only 'certified' gluten free processed foods it would make articles like this much more useful! Trying to squint at the pictures to see a certification didn't prove helpful, and clicking on each link and searching their websites to try to find the information is time prohibitive. In fact what a great idea for a monthly page in your magazine - identify changes to the certification lists! I know it would be one of the first pages I read every month.

Note that the matte black pumpkin cocotte is only 6" x 6" x 3"...so not a centerpiece or roll storage. But cute! Larger ones are available at much higher price points.
