Double Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk of choice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia Seeds
1/3 cup yogurt of choice
3 scoops Spoonfuls Mixed Berry protein powder
Directions:
In a blender, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Top with additional berries if desired. Serve cold.
Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup diced beets
1 scoop Spoonfuls Mixed Berry protein powder
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries and blueberries)
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
Recipe can easily be doubled for multiple servings
Directions:
In a blender, blend together the milk, diced beets, and Spoonfuls protein powder until mostly smooth. Add the frozen berries and frozen pineapple. Blend until completely smooth. Pour in bowl, and then top with desired toppings – like hemp seeds, or shredded coconut.
Chocolate Power Smoothie

Ingredients:
12 oz. milk of choice
1 medium banana, frozen
1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup ice cubes
3 scoops Spoonfuls Chocolate Coconut protein powder
Directions:
In a blender, blend together the milk, frozen banana, raspberries, ground flaxseed, chia seeds and ice cubes. Blend on high until content are smooth and no chunks remain. Add in Spoonfuls Chocolate Coconut protein powder. Pulse for 5 seconds or until combined. Top with additional raspberries if desired. Serve cold.
Dirty Chai Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold strong-brewed coffee or two shots of cold espresso
1 cup milk of choice
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
3 scoops Spoonfuls Vanilla Chai protein powder
Optional, ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
Optional 1 ½ teaspoons cocoa powder, for color
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup ice
For optional coconut whipped topping (makes enough for multiple smoothies):
1 can (15 oz) coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk, chilled
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a blender, blend all smoothie ingredients in the order listed. Blend all ingredients together until smooth, 30-60 seconds on medium high or use your smoothie setting.
For the coconut whipped topping:
Scoop the solid coconut cream from the chilled can of coconut milk or coconut cream into a bowl. Reserve the liquids for another recipe, or add to your smoothie as a part of the dairy free milk in the recipe. Whip the coconut cream until fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon and whip until combined. If desired, add any other chia spices like ginger, black pepper, clove, or cardamom to taste. You can also add honey or stevia to taste, if desired.
