By the time you read this, the brutally cold days of winter will be a distant memory and our first issue of Gluten Free & More will be in your hands. The yummy grilled kebabs on our cover are part of an amazing barbecue menu by Kristine Kidd. Notice our new look? Isn’t it beautiful?

What you won’t see in these pages is me in my winter parka, grilling those very kebabs for the cover of the magazine. In order to bring you this delicious menu in late spring, we prepared, tested and photographed all the recipes in the dead of winter. A down parka looks odd right now but, believe me, it sure was welcome in January when we were doing extreme grilling.    

We go the extra mile to deliver gluten-free, allergy-friendly goodness to you all year round. Even a bit of cold weather doesn’t stand in our way. Our intrepid photographer, Brian Ambrose, fired up his outdoor grill and we were able to create a cover that looks anything but wintery.

Rest assured, as the temperature hovered at 10 degrees, we were thinking warm thoughts about you. We knew that come spring, you’d be picking up this issue of the magazine and devouring the recipes within.
