Last weekend Gluten Free & More Magazine's Editor-In-Chief Alicia Woodward and Food Editor Beth Hillson had an opportunity to meet some great people and learn about great new natural products at this year's Expo East in Baltimore. Here are some of their notable finds.

Senior medical correspondent Christine Boyd sampled gluten-free bars made with cricket flour. Yes. Flour made from actual crickets, the new protein, courtesy of EXO. They taste pretty darn good, she says.
