Cassava Chicago makes and delivers ready-to-bake, gluten-free empanadas (over a dozen flavor combos!), cheese bread, and pizzas – all made with cassava root (otherwise known as yucca). Everything is made in-house at Cassava's restaurant in Chicago. They use no artificial ingredients, and only coconut oil for cooking. See why we were so excited for this product to arrive on our doorstep? If you’re lucky enough to live in Chicago, you can place an order and pick it up right there. Outside of Chicago, you can check their shipping rates online to see how much it costs to ship these treats directly to you.

Everything is prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility at Cassava Chicago. All items are also corn-free, yeast free, and soy free (except for the chocolate roll, which contains soy lecithin). Their beef is grass fed, and they only use fresh vegetables without preservatives. The flavor of their products really captures these superior ingredients.

We really enjoyed the flavors we received and would recommend the Beef & Cheddar, Chicken, and the Spinach-Mushroom fillings. The sautéed mushrooms and feta could be our new go-to empanada flavor combo! Cassava Chicago also offers 10” frozen pizzas with their thin, cassava starch base. And you don’t want to miss their Cassava Cheese Rolls or new Cinnamon Rolls, with Saigon cinnamon and vanilla butter glaze.

Okay I never new these existed 🙀😋😻 I won love to have this! And review it on my channel and blog page. But wonder if you can switch a few out like maybe the apple one for the jalapeno ones since I can't have it. WHich is why I have to make my own salsa.

It sounded great--I love cassava. Unfortunately though (as seems to be the case in everything that gluten-free nowadays), the secondary ingredient is rice flour of which I am intolerant. I wish someone would figure something else out besides rice as a blending flour!
