MAKES 20 TO 25 BROWNIES

These gluten-free fudgy treats feature a mint frosting for festive flair. When baking them, aim for a slightly under-baked result. As the brownies cool, they tend to dry out a bit. What seems too moist when warm is perfectly fudgy when cooled. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pretty color contrast.
