Salsa Verde

There’s no comparison between store-bought salsa and this homemade version, which is bursting with fresh flavor. This Mexican classic employs tangy tomatillos. If you can’t locate fresh tomatillos, try canned whole tomatillos. (If using canned, leave out the salt from the ingredient list.) Serve this verdant salsa alongside your favorite gluten-free chips or as a topping for tacos.
