If you asked me the goal of this magazine, I’d point you to our mission statement:

Gluten Free & More strives to be your primary and indispensible source of information on all things related to living happily, safely and deliciously with allergies and food sensitivities.

And there’s more…. We want this magazine to be your friend, the kind who is informative, reliable, fun and a master in the kitchen. The pal who is there for you when you need encouragement and support and to remind you that you’re not alone.

We love celebrating with you! The staff at Palo Alto Laser & Skin Care in California included us in their Thanksgiving plans. They snapped this photo to let us know.

One of our health articles alerted Regina Ibrahim of Portland, Oregon, (shown here with daughter Nadja) to gluten’s link to schizophrenia: “Your magazine connected the dots for us and saved my daughter’s life.”

We’d like to be the comfortable houseguest you love to have hanging out at your place—in this case, sitting on your coffee table or your kitchen counter. You know, the person who’s feels just like family. She doesn’t demand a thing yet she can whip up a great meal whenever you need a hand and she always does the dishes.

We work hard to be the magazine that informs you about the latest research and keeps you up-to-date on medical breakthroughs in all things related to gluten and food allergies. We aim to be the authoritative resource you can confidently take to your doctor.

Our goal is to encourage you to try new ingredients, to speak up for what you need and to settle for nothing less than good health and safe and delicious dining.

Here’s our bottom-line message: Your special dietary needs can expand your life, not limit it. We’re here to help you make that happen.
