A Balanced Allergy Free Diet
Regarding your article How Sweet It Is! (Feb/March 2009), Ive had celiac disease for 25 years and recently was diagnosed fructose intolerant (FI), which means no sugars, molasses, honey, most artificial sweeteners. I can eat only a few fruits and have very little tolerance for bread or starch. Im finding celiac disease a walk in the park compared to FI. I encourage celiacs to find balance and caution them about feeling deprived.
