The muffins are moist and tasty with a hint of lemon. When reader Susan Adamson couldn’t find gluten-free pita bread at the store or on the Internet, she created it herself, with delicious results. A fun alternative for sandwiches and perfect for dipping, this bread is gluten free, dairy free and can be made without egg.
