Gluten-Free Flour Blend for Sugar Free Desserts

Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Makes 3 ¼ cups
1     cup potato starch flour
1     cup tapioca flour
1     cup rice flour
¼     cup sweet rice flour

Mix ingredients together until well combined. Store in refrigerator until used.
