My teenage daughter was just diagnosed with numerous allergies to foods. Most of the Gluten free recipes use rice flour or corn flour. She is allergic to both rice and corn. I am looking for help in finding recipes for bread, her favorite, using other flours. All the potato flour recipes add all purpose flour to the recipe. She is also allergic to tree nuts, bananas, melons, legumes, soy, and carrots. It has been a struggle to find things that do not include these ingredients. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
